πŸ”‘Can't log in
  1. 1Check that you're using the email address you signed up with.
  2. 2Make sure you verified your email. Check your inbox for a verification link.
  3. 3If you've forgotten your password, email support@invoiceproof.io and we'll reset it for you.
πŸ“¬Client didn't receive the invoice
  1. 1Check the audit trail on the invoice. If there's a VIEWED event, it was opened.
  2. 2Ask your client to check their spam or junk folder.
  3. 3Use the "Resend" button on the invoice to re-send the tracked email.
  4. 4If email is still an issue, share the invoice status page URL directly with your client.
πŸ’³Billing or charge question
  1. 1Go to Settings β†’ Manage billing to view your invoices and subscription details.
  2. 2If you were charged unexpectedly, check whether your trial ended. Billing starts automatically after the trial period.
  3. 3To cancel, go to Settings β†’ Manage billing and cancel from the billing portal.
  4. 4For billing errors, email support@invoiceproof.io with your account email and we'll investigate.
πŸ“„Need to export or download my data
  1. 1Chain of Custody documents can be exported from the invoice list. Click "Export PDF" on any invoice.
  2. 2For a full data export, email support@invoiceproof.io with your account email.
  3. 3After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days. Request an export before then.
πŸ”’Question about e-signature or legal use
  1. 1E-signature is available on the Pro plan. Enable it when creating an invoice.
  2. 2The signature is captured with IP address, timestamp, and acknowledgment, consistent with U.S. ESIGN Act requirements.
  3. 3For specific legal questions about your situation, consult a lawyer. InvoiceProof provides supporting evidence, not legal advice.

πŸ”—QuickBooks connection issue
  1. 1QuickBooks is available on Pro only. Check your plan in Settings.
  2. 2If the connection failed, try disconnecting and reconnecting from the QuickBooks page.
  3. 3Make sure you're authorizing the correct QuickBooks company when prompted by Intuit.
  4. 4If sync isn't working, email support@invoiceproof.io with your invoice number.
